Charter Confirmations: All flight bookings are subject to aircraft availability, crew scheduling, and necessary diplomatic/overflight clearances.
Cancellation Policy: Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule modifications are governed by specific charter agreements provided at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Weather, Safety, and Operational Delays Stafford Aviation prioritizes passenger and crew safety above all else. Flights may be delayed, rerouted, or canceled due to severe weather, air traffic control restrictions, technical issues, or safety considerations. Stafford Aviation shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
